What are the requirements for jumping with Skyvibration (weight, age, physical condition)?
WEIGHT
Passengers must weigh between 40 and 90 kg and have a BMI of less than 30, for safety reasons.
This means:
- - 1m55: weigh less than 70kg
- from 1m56 to 1m59: weighing less than 75kg

- from 1m70 to 1m74: weighing less than 90 kg
AGE
We have no age limit! However, if you are over 65, ask your doctor for advice. Minors require the authorisation of both legal guardians.
Preamble must be read:
You will be jumping by parachute from a height of up to around 4,000 metres, subject to physical and physiological stresses due in particular to temperature variations (a drop of 6.5 degrees per 1,000 metres in a standard atmosphere), variations in atmospheric pressure, speed (around 200 km/h in freefall), the sharp deceleration when the parachute opens, stress, etc. (non-exhaustive list), WITHOUT DANGER FOR A PHYSICALLY HEALTHY PERSON with a healthy lifestyle.
To skydive, you must not have drunk any alcohol (including beer), taken any drugs or gone scuba diving in the last 48 hours.
The health questionnaire must be completed truthfully by people aged between 18 and 65 who have full legal capacity, failing which the medical certificate remains compulsory. Your safety is at stake. The instructor may nevertheless require a medical certificate if he or she considers it necessary, without having to justify the decision.
THE INSTRUCTOR, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SAFETY, IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN MAKE THE FINAL ASSESSMENT OF YOUR OVERALL ABILITY TO SKYDIVE, WHICH YOU ACCEPT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT.
You do NOT need a medical certificate to jump, just sign the self-questionnaire. EXCEPT :
if you are over 65
and EXCEPT if you answered YES to any of questions 1 to 9, and/or NO to question 10.
- Do you have an ENT (nose-throat-ear) condition? .................................

- Did you understand the preamble and the questions? ...............................
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the jump?
Tandem wingsuiting is an outdoor sport: for obvious safety reasons, we only do it in good weather.
We always take the time to check the weather forecast in the days leading up to a flying session (for those in the know, we're on Windy and compare several weather models).
Please note that no forecast is really reliable more than 24 hours in advance. We will always do our best to keep you informed of the evolution of your chances of jumping.
If there's a weather delay, we'll try to do it in the next few days, if it's possible on your side and ours. To maximise your chances of jumping, we advise you to stay on site for at least 3 days if you can.
If it's not, then we'll agree a later date for your jump, free of charge.
However, if instead of postponing, you choose to cancel definitively, you will be charged a handling fee of €40.
How high do you jump?
From the plane, we systematically ask for a minimum drop at FL 130 (i.e. an altitude of around 4,000 m) so that you have time to enjoy your flight!
In some centres it is possible to request special authorisations (NOTAM) to climb higher. This is the case at Brienne-Le-Château, where we can organise jumps at 6000m with oxygen.
This is a special option, which requires specific organisation and the carrying of oxygen masks during the flight up (which also takes longer).
This extends the wingsuit flight time, which averages up to 2 minutes! Of course, this time varies according to the weight and position of the passenger.
If you want to experience different heights, you can also do so in Haute Savoie or Switzerland, by helicopter (we offer 5000 and 6000m).
Is there a real difference with a classic parachute jump?
Although there are many similarities in terms of safety equipment (same aircraft, same harness, reserve parachute, automatic safety release, etc.) the tandem wingsuit differs in the free-fall part, which it transforms into a long acrobatic glide!
45 seconds of freefall in a classic tandem, converted into 1min20 in a tandem wingsuit.
This glide is generally accompanied by a 180 turn and a barrel roll (impossible in classic freefall).
It's a completely new experience: the biggest roller coaster in the world!
Why is the price different from a traditional tandem skydive?
Although it's a different service, many people wonder about the difference in price with a classic tandem skydive. So let's be perfectly clear: you're about to experience a world exclusive! So our insurance cover is much higher than for a traditional tandem jump. We take up more space in the plane.
This means an extra charge (sometimes even the equivalent of two extra seats, as we are obliged to have a flight operator with us!) We have additional customised equipment that wears out very quickly (and is also very expensive!).
We've got a lot of travelling to do because, once again, there's no one else offering it, so our team comes to you!
(And has to lodge every time!) In return you get: A sensation of free flight that you can't find anywhere else, and in no other sport. Double the flying time compared with a traditional fall.
Goodies, enthusiasts, including two world champions in the discipline, who devote two hours of their time to you in a very small group. GPS reading of your flight path (that's what gliding is all about!) Acrobatics in flight, impossible to do with traditional jumps.
A memorable experience that you'll carry with you for the rest of your life! (I'll let you discover the enthusiasm of our passengers in our Google or Facebook comments!)
This is not a justification: we fully understand that this may come as a surprise, so we choose to communicate in all simplicity. But we're selling top-of-the-range products, and we offer a meticulous service that's well worth the price!
